Chennai Registration Consultants Refund Policy

At Chennai Registration Consultants, our primary objective and goal are to provide reliable and satisfactory services to clients. We take it as a primary purpose to render time-bound delivery of services and assure you of perpetual support for taxation, compliance, accounting, secretarial, and other related services. If there is any failure on our part or failures due to other reasons please reach our grievance team for resolution, and still if you feel that the services are not satisfactory you can reach us at info@chennairegistration.in for a refund of the eligible amount, or use it for other services.

Before making the refund, we reserve the right to deduct the fees towards the completed portion of work, fees paid to the government, and any other out-of-pocket expenses incurred. Refund shall not be granted for works completed with client approval and executed based on data provided by the client. We strive to complete the client engagement with resources such as time and skill full labour so compensation or refund for completed work cannot be granted.

Any delay due to reasons beyond our control, for example in case of delay in approval from Govt departments, miscommunication with departmental officers by clients, malfunctioning of government portals, etc will not be covered or eligible under this refund policy.

Change of intention or nature of service on account of change of mind is not eligible for a refund.

We cannot be held liable for the delay due to unforeseen events such as natural calamities, lockdowns, strikes, etc.

In case of refund is allowed for justifiable reasons as said above, the claim can be raised through E-mail, and the same will be processed within 3-5 working days to the same payment method.
